Daniel Kavan is a solicitor who has spent over twenty years working at the intersection of legal practice, evidence management, and enterprise software.

His career spans private practice, senior account and delivery roles at global legal technology firms, and hands-on work across eDiscovery, cyber incident response, and managed document review. He has worked with law firms and government agencies across Australia, the UK, and North America on platform selection, data governance, and defensibility.

Intellectum was set up to give small and mid-size firms access to the same quality of independent technology advice that larger firms take for granted. Where referral arrangements exist, these are disclosed upfront.
